When you send us your details, you are trusting us with private data. This page explains what we collect, what we use it for and how you stay in control of it. This policy covers the bionclinic.vn website and the contact channels shown on it. Information that arises during examination and treatment at the clinic is kept confidential under the rules on medical examination and treatment and the doctor's professional duty of confidentiality.
What we collect
When you send the "Book a consultation" form on the website, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your phone number or Zalo
- Your email address (optional)
- Your province or city (if given) and the service you are interested in
- The language selected and the page you sent the form from
When you contact the clinic by phone, Zalo, email or social media, we keep the content of the conversation so we can help you.
The website does not ask for payment details, identity documents or health records. Please do not send medical details or clinical photos through the form. Your doctor will discuss these with you privately during the consultation.
How we use it
We use your information only with your consent (the checkbox on the form), and only for the following purposes:
- Contacting you to confirm and arrange your consultation
- Advising you on the service you are interested in
- Keeping an internal contact record for follow-up care
- Improving the website and the quality of our service
- Sending offers or skin care guidance, only if you agree. You can decline at any time
- Responding to valid requests from competent state authorities
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. We only store the language you choose (VI or EN) in your browser so the site shows correctly next time. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
The server that hosts the website may keep technical access logs (IP address, browser type, time of visit) to run and protect the site.
If we later add analytics or advertising tools, this policy will be updated and you will be able to accept or decline them.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. It is shared only in these cases:
- With BION aesthetic clinic staff who need it to advise you
- With technical service providers that help us operate, for example where form entries are stored, the mailbox that receives internal notifications and the web server. They process data only on our instructions and are bound to keep it confidential
- When the law requires it
- When you have clearly agreed
Some providers may host their servers outside Vietnam. In that case we apply measures consistent with the law on personal data protection.
Storage and security
We apply technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, use or disclosure: HTTPS connections, access to the contact list limited to the staff who need it, and automatic spam protection on the form.
Contact details are kept for as long as needed to advise and follow up, up to 24 months after our last contact with you. After that we delete or anonymise them, unless the law requires them to be kept longer. If you become a patient of the clinic, your examination and treatment records are kept under the separate rules for medical records.
No system is completely secure. If an incident affects your information, we will notify you as required.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know how we handle your information
- Give or withdraw your consent
- See and receive a copy of your information
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete or restrict the use of your information
- Object to receiving promotional messages
To use these rights, email or call us using the details in the Contact section. We will verify your identity and reply within the time the law sets. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
Under 16s
The website is not aimed at children. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to send the information for you. If we find we have collected information from someone under 16 without suitable consent, we will delete it.
Links to other websites
The website links to the clinic's Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages. These platforms have their own privacy policies and we do not control how they handle your information. Please read their policies before sharing anything.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website's operation or the law changes. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. For important changes we will post a notice on the website. Please check this page from time to time.
